Strands Salon provides professional hair styling, coloring, treatment, grooming, and related beauty services. All services are performed by licensed and certified professionals. Service descriptions, durations, and prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through WhatsApp. We require a valid name, email, and phone number for all bookings. Online bookings are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to adjust appointment times with reasonable notice.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable GST (18%). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, GPay, and cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed appointments will be honored at the rate at time of booking.
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled. Members may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused membership benefits do not roll over. Memberships can be canceled through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with a service, please inform us within 7 days and we will schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to address your concerns. This guarantee applies to the original service only and does not cover subsequent services or changes requested after the initial follow-up.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, Strands Salon is not liable for allergic reactions to products not previously disclosed by the client. We recommend informing your stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Strands Salon and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
By using our website, you agree not to: misuse our booking system, provide false information, attempt to access restricted areas, or use our services or website for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
