Yes. If you book a service after your consultation, the consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your service. It's our way of making sure you never pay twice for the same conversation.
All listed prices exclude applicable GST (18%). Your final invoice will reflect the applicable tax. Membership prices are subject to tax as well.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes! We offer a 15% student discount on all à la carte services with a valid student ID. This discount cannot be combined with membership pricing but is available Monday through Thursday.
